GetLocal Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the GetLocal service available at www.getlocal.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

The owner and operator of the Service is Patryk Szkudlarek, conducting business at: Ks. Augustyna Kordeckiego 17 apt. 2, 85-225 Bydgoszcz, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 9452092695, Business ID (REGON): 522473384.

2. Definitions

• Service - GetLocal platform available online at getlocal.pl and in the mobile application
• User - an individual using the Service
• Venue Owner / Club - an entrepreneur who owns or manages a food and entertainment venue registered in the Service
• Account - User or Venue Owner profile in the Service
• Premium Account - a paid service for Venue Owners providing additional features
• Advertisement - a paid service for promoting venues in the mobile application

3. Terms of Use

Use of the basic Service features is free and requires:

• Being 18 years old or having parental/guardian consent (for users under 18)
• Providing accurate information during registration
• Compliance with the rules set forth in these Terms
• Having an active email address

4. Account Registration

Venue owners can register their venues after:

• Completing the registration form with detailed venue information
• Data verification by the Service administrator (up to 48 hours)
• Accepting these Terms of Service
• Confirming email address

5. Paid Services

Premium Account

Venue Owners can purchase a Premium Account, which provides:

• Automatic synchronization of events from Facebook Events
• Import of events from Facebook fanpage
• Priority display in search results
• Advanced statistics and analytics
• Dedicated technical support

Pricing:

• Monthly package: 49 PLN (~$12 USD) - 30 days
• Annual package: 490 PLN (~$120 USD) - 365 days

In-App Advertising:

Venue Owners can purchase splash screen advertising in the GetLocal mobile application:

• Base price: 5.00 PLN net per day (~$1.25 USD)
• Minimum period: 7 days
• Maximum period: 90 days
• Discounts:
  • 7-13 days: 5% discount
  • 14-29 days: 10% discount
  • 30+ days: 20% discount

Payment Processing:

Payments for Premium services and Advertisements are processed through Przelewy24 - a secure payment gateway supporting credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, bank transfers, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Service Activation:

• Premium Account: activated automatically after payment confirmation (usually within 5 minutes)
• Advertisement: broadcasting starts within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• Users are notified of activation via email and in-app notification

IMPORTANT: Services do not auto-renew. After the Premium Account expires or advertising campaign ends, the service becomes inactive. Users can manually renew in the Club Panel.

Premium Account Expiration:

After Premium Account expires:

• Automatic Facebook Events synchronization is disabled
• All manually added events remain visible
• Events imported from Facebook are deleted 7 days after expiration
• Account returns to free version
• All venue data remains in the Service

6. Liability

The Service is not liable for:

• Content published by users
• Activities of venues presented in the Service
• Service interruptions

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms. Changes will be announced with 7 days' notice.
